I hope I’m not alone when I say that cleaning my makeup brushes and sponges is something that isn’t exactly high on my to-do list. It’s so low in fact, I hardly ever think to do it at all. Another Halloween was upon us, and my daughter announced that this year, she wanted to be a Huntress. You know, like Katniss in the Hunger Games. Huh? I don’t think she even saw that movie. Perhaps she’s getting a bit bored with the usual Princess Halloween costumes. Yes, they’re adorable, and like all little girls, she looked absolutely regal in those poofy gowns and sparkling tiaras. Living in the upper Midwest, the winters here can be brutal, and I admit that I can be really wimpy when it comes to having to brave the elements. What that translates into is a seriously hyperactive dog with a ton of pent up energy.
